Kerry Robson

Kerry is one of our newest Developers, where she writes code for both the front and back end of our software. Prior to joining our team, she completed an BSc Honours in Information Systems, while working as a Web Developer within the construction industry.

In her spare time Kerry likes to attend festivals or go bouldering.

Diego Mendez

Diego is a Computer Engineer with M.Sc. in Business Information Technology. His experience covers Designing, Developing, Implementing and Testing software for various business sectors in South America and Europe.

He also has experience in Software Project Planning and Business Analysis, giving him great insights into how projects can be successfully delivered.

Diego is from Colombia and loves great coffee and travel.

Neil Ballantyne

Neil heads up the ALP development team. Neil has worked in the technology industry for over twenty years, helping businesses from small start-ups to large multinationals turn their ideas into systems and products.

He is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society and specialises in software development and delivery. Neil is a keen sailor and spent a year on a sailing sabbatical with his family in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, doing an Atlantic crossing twice.

His career covers diverse technology sectors and his experience in Program & Product Management, Agile, Customer Success and Leadership helps him build effective teams, great products, efficient working practices, and satisfied customers.

He is a keen biker and loves to restore classic bikes as well as go camping in the Scottish Highlands

Lynn Babec

Lynn Babec is our Production Optimization Adviser, driving client activity and satisfaction in North America.

Prior to joining ALP, she worked for major technology and services suppliers, championing the adoption of upstream software solutions. Before her transition to technology, Lynn was a production engineer and understands client needs.

Lynn holds a BS degree in chemical engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Lynn enjoys a good laugh, has many friends globally from her years in the industry and loves a reason to travel.

Arrash is a technical architect involved in the design, development and testing of Pump Checker. He ensures we maintain and provide quality support services for our products.

Arrash has 15+ years of commercial software development experience. Arrash does military fitness weekly and loves to stay fit, he has 3 young children and so when he manages to get his head out of his computer, he’s ferrying the kids to classes.
